Introduction

금수암

Monastic cuisine has passed through a history of 1700 years.

My goal is to spread the teachings of the Buddha Dharma and to explain why monastic cuisine was practiced as a way of mindful living and eating, as well as to provide a forum where the tradition of soul food can be passed down to generations to come.
